Sessions are held online or via telephone

I offer a complimentary 15-30 minute initial phone call during which we can explore your reasons for coming to therapy and establish if we are suited to work together. 

I offer both time limited and open ended counselling both of which include regular reviews of the work. We would see each other on a weekly basis at the same day and time.

Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £60 per session.
